You did NOT specify just this one movie, you lumped the cult film people TOGETHER. Don't twist your words around. I am quite sure that if you took a poll, the watching of euphemeral films would be considered a "cult" film thing to do, or, in your words, "a minority interest".

I respect, enjoy and learn by viewing Prelinger Films. |
Spuzz.. you have not appreciated that the 1900 films cover such diverse subjects that the idea of giving cult status to viewers is totally absurd. It is different when considering hollywood films such as the Brando, Dean or "Night of..." where some viewers adopt the philosophy of the films and it is often said that these are cult films. I think that YOU know all of this and can only guess at your motives .Enough is enough..

You began your comments on "Night ..." with a critical review of the film. However, your remarks continued, not reviewing the film but the people that like the film.
I found these remarks that you made to be intentionally inflammatory and insulting, ie trolling:

No one has attacked you for critical remarks about films. You have been attacked for the intentionally insulting remarks about people that like them. I think that if you reread your original remarks from the perspective of someone that likes the film and does not agree with your analysis of it, you would understand why they could be considered "trolling" or to use your term "intolerant".
